A、工作原理：通过燃气（煤气、液化气、天然气）加热或使用电加热（电铝板、电热管、电磁炉）加热铁板到工作做温度，由燃气开关或加热数字温度控制铁板温度，由风阀控制抽风量大小。

B、用风量：

燃气铁板烧设备：煤气（2.92m3/Hr）;液化气（0.98kg/Hr）；天然气（1.2m3/Hr）

电加热铁板烧设备：加热器采用加热管加热：380V/8KW；加热器采用特殊铝板制加热盘：380V/7KW；加热器采用电磁炉加热盘：380V/8KW；

C、铁板材质：铁板采用20-28mm铁板烧特殊钢板，加工中心洗刨一体成型，不变形、不变色、耐高温。

D、排风要求：风量2000m3/h/台，风速12m/s风管可接到室外，视具体情况定（可参考风管走向示意图）

E、内部结构：

1、主热系统：燃气：采用双圈双火燃烧器，由燃气开关控制铁板烧温度，主热范围500mm x 500mm。
2、保温系统：主热以外的面积就是保温系统，其温度控制在100度以下，人性化设计，避免客户好奇触摸铁板而带来的安全隐患。
3、防火系统：防止明火进入排风管道的功能，杜绝明火带来的安全隐患。
4、废气处理系统：使设备内部的废气正常的循环排出。
5、油烟处理系统：设备内部的油烟分离系统可使内部油烟不进入排风管道，直接滴在集油抽屉中。

F、设备外部装饰：可根据自己店内装修格调、档次来装饰，或由本公司制作，装饰台面可采用进口黑金砂大理石或钢化玻璃（反面喷金砂）， 黑檀木或黑胡桃木饰外围。

4, Waste gas processing system, make the equipment within the normal discharge waste gas.
5, Lampblack processing system: the equipment within the lampblack separation system can make the internal lampblack not into the exhaust pipe, directly drops in oil in the drawer. 

F, Equipment external decoration：according to oneself to decorate the store decoration style, class, or produced by our company, decoration can adopt imported black gold sand marble mesa or toughened glass spray (opposite the gold sand), Ebony or black walnut is acted the role of peripheral.
