粽子蒸煮锅特点:
1.利用盘管循环蒸汽间接加热或蒸汽直接加热,使锅内温度更均匀
2.蒸煮出料时锅内汤汁不需要排出,可连续使用,节约了能源
3.锅体外部用保温层保温,避免锅内热量散失及人员操作时高温烫伤
4.锅门结构改过去法兰螺栓链接固定式为液压快开式。并安装了光电限位、联锁、互锁功能
5.锅门为充气密封,在锅上限水位安装视镜便于及时增补汤汁
6.多台设备共用一台液压站,操作时可单一操作,节省空间降低成本
