安装、调试：
使用前将机器放置在干燥、通风的水平地面上，确保机器工作平稳、可靠。使用前对各部位进行检查，紧固件是否在运输途中松动，开关及电源线是否因运输而破损，料斗或料盒内是否有异物。检查电源电压是否与本机使用电压相符合。将电源软线伸长，把带有接地符号的黄绿线芯可靠接地，把其余三条线芯（配置单相电动机时为两条）分别接到开启式负荷开关（闸刀开关）断开时的引出端子上。工作前打开前门，用手拨动转盘观察是否有磕碰刀*的现象，如果有则将转盘上的紧定螺栓松开，稍微向外移动转盘，然后紧固紧定螺栓。闭合开启式负荷开关，启动开启按钮，视切刀运转方向是否正确，从入料口观察逆时针转动为正确，否则调整电源线，待切刀运转方向正确后空载试运转，各部位无异常方可试机。
